You are welcome to come to the Garden Centre and personally inspect and collect your plants and items from our extensive stock. We are happy to give advice over the phone, but it is often easier to talk to our plant experts face to face and see the plants yourself. We also have a popular restaurant serving breakfasts, lunches, cakes and drinks - so why not have a relaxed trip out to the Garden Centre? Note that some plants are only available at certain times of year (for example bare rooted plants are only available when the plants are dormant normally from November to March). Please check that we still have the varieties you want before setting out.

One thing to bear in mind is that they take up a lot less space than many imagine. For instance fifty 60 - 90cm (2 - 3ft) Beech plants will fit into a black dustbin bag, or 24 pot grown hedging plants in 9cm pots would fit in a box on the front seat of a car.

COLLECTION DISCOUNT

Save 10% on most of our catalogue range when collecting from Garden Centre - either with Click & Collect, or when paying at the Garden Centre. 

Any plant with the Collection Discount icon next the price on our website will automatically get a 10% discount when "Click & Collect" is selected as the Delivery/Collection method or is purchased at the Garden Centre.

Click & Collect. If you would like us to reserve plants for you we can do this but we shall charge a reservation fee of £5. You will be given a voucher on collection of your order for £5 that can be used within the shop. When the order has been reserved the value will be charged to your credit card. We reserve plants as soon as possible, but please allow up to 3 days during busy periods. The person collecting the order will need a copy of the order receipt (printed or on a phone) and either the card that was used to purchase the goods or another proof of identity (such as a Driver’s License) that matches the cardholder’s name.

Alternatively we can get the plants ready for you when you arrive, but if it is a large quantity it will take a little time. However, this will give you time to browse around the large range of container grown trees and shrubs, look around the shop or simply have a cup of tea or coffee!

DELIVERY

If you live too far away, or prefer items to be delivered we offer:

• Nationwide delivery by couriers or by pallet.
• Local delivery on our own vehicle, ideal for larger items such as furniture, tall trees and compost.
