Apple Days - 27th & 28th September
Come along and join us for the Buckingham Apple Weekend.
There will be a our Heritage Apple Display to view and the renowned RHS expert Gerry Edwards will be on hand to identify unknown apples and give friendly advice on fruit trees, orchards and what to do with the harvest.
Members of the Mid Shires Orchard Group will be on hand all weekend. Come along and find out how you can support them and the work that they do, to promote and conserve our local orchards and fruit heritage.
They will also be helping with our Apple Mill to make delicious fresh apple juice for visitors to taste and to buy. If you have surplus apples you can bring them along to get juiced!
Rennies Winslow Cider will have a stand with a selection of their local small batch cider, with proceeds going to local charities.
Autumn is a great time to get planting, so for Apple Days 27th and 28th September we are offering 15% off plants for purchase and collection from the Garden Centre. The offer applies to all houseplants and all outdoor plants that are in 2 Litre pots or larger, and are not already in a special offer. No further discount (like Garden Cards) applies.
With free parking and a great restaurant & coffee shop on site as well, lots of fantastic plants, shrubs, trees, gardening equipment and gifts in the shop, it's a great way to spend an Autumn day.
