Remarkably tough and hardy variety producing heavy crops of good quality fruits every year. Produces two sets of blossom each year, giving a 'double' crop, hence the long cropping period, if the frost does not catch the first blossom. Self-fertile. Fruits emerald green, yellowing a little when ripe. Crisp and juicy when first picked maturing to sweet, succulent and tender when fully ripe. Raised in France. Suitable for colder areas and is more resistant to frost.
