A beautiful small deciduous tree with glistening rich purple foliage which retains its superb colour until leaf drop in autumn. Large deep pink flowers in spring followed by exceptionally bright red-purple fruits in autumn. It is self-fertile. TREE 18ft x 15ft (5.5m x 4.6m) in 20 years, ultimate height 25-30ft (7.6m-9m).
