Superb, small, evergreen tree, which may become semi-evergreen in very cold winters. Pendulous branches carry long elliptic to lance-shaped, dark green leaves. These are swamped by bunches of small white flowers in summer, followed by bright red berries in autumn. Excellent tree for small gardens or large pots. TREE 10ft x 8ft (3m X 2.4m) in 20 years, ultimate height 10ft (3m).
