A productive, late summer to early autumn leek, with a good tolerance of Leek Rust. Long, pure white, quality stems with dark green upright foliage. Quick to mature too, approximately 90 days after transplanting. Harvest September to December Sowing Instructions. Sow thinly, 1cm (½ inch) deep in drills 30cm (12 inches) apart in soil which has been raked to a fine tilth. Growing Instructions. When large enough to handle, transplant seedlings to 23cm (9 inches) apart and 45cm (18 inches) between rows. Aftercare Instructions. Prefers well-drained, fertile soil. Water ground regularly, especially during dry periods.
