LOOKS LIKE PARSLEY - TASTES LIKE CELERY. This opens up interesting opportunities. Instead of a parsley garnish that is left on the side of the plate, PAR-CEL is the garnish with the real celery flavour you can eat too. It will become a basic salad ingredient for it is plentiful, can be grown easily and gives a salad that wonderful warm celery flavour. You can also grow it as a windowsill pot herb.
