Compact bushes smothered in bloom. Planted closely these convey a glowing sheet of colour. Sowing Instructions. Sow late winter to mid spring at 13-15C (55-60F) in a good seed compost. Sow seed on surface of compost and gently firm down compost. Keep soil damp but not wet. Do not exclude light. Germination usually takes 7-21 days. Keep the soil temperature below 19C (65F). Growing Instructions. When the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into 7.5cm (3in) pots and grow in cooler conditions. Gradually acclimatise to outdoor conditions for 10-15 days before planting out after all risk of frost, 15cm (6in) apart in a sunny spot. Flowering Period. Summer to Autumn
